Content rights policy

Named Content Must Not Be Promised Without Rights

Streamire’s website does not use broadcaster logos or named sports and entertainment claims as a substitute for authorisation. This policy explains the public standard and rights-notice route.

Internet delivery technology does not remove copyright, broadcasting, licensing or territorial restrictions. Content should be supplied only when the necessary rights and permissions exist for the intended use and territory.

Public advertising standard

  • Commercial pages do not guarantee a named channel, broadcaster, league, event, movie or series.
  • Third-party marks are used only where reasonably necessary for factual device/platform guidance or comparison.
  • A familiar logo, playlist label or technical availability is not treated as proof of rights.
  • The free trial assesses technical compatibility and does not represent a licence verification.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should use the service only for lawful personal purposes, must not copy, rebroadcast, restream, resell or publicly perform content, and should verify the rights status of content important to their purchase. Commercial-premises use requires separate written authorisation and applicable rights.

Rights-holder notice

A rights holder or authorised representative can send a detailed notice to [email protected]. To allow a meaningful review, include:

  • Identity and authority to act for the rights holder.
  • The protected work, channel, event or service.
  • The exact Streamire URL or other specific location at issue.
  • The nature of the alleged infringement and relevant territory.
  • Reliable contact information and supporting documentation.
  • A good-faith statement that the information is accurate.

Review and response

Streamire may request clarification, restrict access to disputed material, remove advertising language, preserve relevant records or refer the matter to an upstream provider. A notice is not automatically accepted as conclusive; it is reviewed in good faith and may be challenged where evidence is incomplete or mistaken.

Repeat or serious misuse

Accounts used for restreaming, resale, public redistribution or other serious rights abuse may be suspended or terminated. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to reduce ongoing harm or comply with a valid legal requirement.

Not labelled as a US DMCA procedure

This is a general rights-notice process for an online service serving customers in Ireland. It does not falsely present Streamire as a registered United States DMCA agent or replace any mandatory legal process.

Buyer check

Before buying for a particular event or package, consult the official rights holder or authorised broadcaster. Streamire’s Ireland legality guide provides further context and links to official Irish enforcement and consumer information.
