Refund policy

Refunds Should Follow the Facts—not a Blanket Slogan

This policy covers duplicate payments, failure to supply paid access, material unresolved faults, trial-based compatibility and the evidence needed for a fair review.

Contact Streamire promptly through the original WhatsApp conversation or [email protected]. Include the order, payment record, device, problem, timing and troubleshooting already completed. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Situations normally eligible for review

  • Verified duplicate payment: the duplicate amount should be returned.
  • Paid access not supplied: when the agreed access is not delivered and the failure is not promptly corrected.
  • Wrong paid duration or material order mismatch: when the supplied service materially differs from the written confirmed order and is not corrected.
  • Material unresolved service fault: when evidence shows the paid service does not materially conform and reasonable troubleshooting or replacement access does not resolve it.
  • Other mandatory remedy: where applicable consumer law requires repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation or refund.

Situations not automatically refundable

  • A device, app or Wi-Fi incompatibility that could reasonably have been identified during the free test.
  • A change of mind after digital access has begun, subject always to any mandatory cancellation right.
  • Failure caused solely by the customer’s broadband, power, unsupported hardware or third-party app.
  • Credential sharing, simultaneous-use abuse, resale or use contrary to the terms.
  • Expectation of a named channel, event or title that was not confirmed in the written order.
  • Temporary interruption that is promptly resolved and does not amount to a material failure.

How to request a review

  1. Reply in the original WhatsApp order chat or email [email protected].
  2. State the paid duration, amount, date, payment reference and exact requested remedy.
  3. Describe the problem with device, app, connection and timestamps.
  4. Attach screenshots that do not reveal complete credentials or financial secrets.
  5. Complete reasonable troubleshooting unless unsafe or clearly irrelevant.
  6. Keep the written outcome and any payment-provider reference.

Possible outcomes

Depending on the facts and applicable rights, the outcome may be corrected access, replacement details, troubleshooting, a proportionate price adjustment, cancellation or refund. A refund, when approved, should use an appropriate available route; the expected processing information will be confirmed in writing.

Use the free test properly

The 24-hour test exists to reduce device and network disputes. Use the actual television/device, normal app, normal viewing room and evening household load. The trial does not waive rights regarding a paid service that is not supplied or does not match the confirmed offer.

Records to keep

Keep the page/offer, WhatsApp order, plan total, payment recipient, payment receipt, access-delivery time, device details and fault evidence. The CCPC advises consumers to contact a business directly when digital content or a digital service has a problem and provides further guidance on remedies.

Clear answers

Refund policy questions

A verified duplicate payment should be refunded in full to the appropriate payment route.

If the agreed paid access is not supplied and the failure is not promptly corrected, request a full refund with the payment and order record.

Use the free test to check compatibility. A post-purchase device or Wi-Fi issue is not automatically a service refund, but mandatory rights and the specific facts still apply.

The timing depends on the payment route. The approval and expected processing information should be confirmed in writing; Streamire does not publish a fixed time it cannot verify.
